HARMONIC DISSONANCE
Can your brain dance?
During this performance-experiment about human exchange and synchronicity, the brain waves of visitors and dancers are measured and visualised. How does your brain react when you watch this performance? Is there a similarity between the brain activity of the dancers and spectator?
Presentations took place at Doornburgh Buitenplaats voor Kunst en Wetenschap (2018), the BNM Fest (2018), the RASL symposium Transdisiplinary Compositions Contemporary Challenges (2019), the ICK Fest (2019), the Amsterdam School of the Arts (ID-Lab 2020) and at the opening of ICK Space for Dance Art (2021).
Between 28 February and 5 March 2022 Harmonic Dissonance can be experienced at the laboratory of the NXT Museum.
