Order
If you have ordered a product you will receive a confirmation and an invoice on your email address. The total amount of the invoice needs to be transferred to our bank account in 24 hours. As soon as we have received your payment the product will be send to the address you have registered with. You will be notified of the date of delivery. If the payment isn't done in time, the reservation of the product will be canceled.
Shipment costs
All prices are excluding shipment costs. These will be added to the invoice.
Time of delivery
As soon as your payment has been received, your product will be delivered. You will receive a notice of the date of delivery. The time of delivery depends on the city and country were you are located.
Legal responsibility
ICKamsterdam doesn't take any responsibility for damage or robbery during the shipment of the product.
